May 1st -May 15th

Ryker loves to help with yard work. He is very excited for Saturdays because he hopes Shaun will be needing to do some work outside. I just thought his attire was funny this time. Swimsuit, slippers and huge gloves. What a great helper.

We check on the kids every night before we go to bed. When we walked into Millies room we just laughed because somehow she got all these toys in her bed. Her room is pitch black so it is not even like she could see to play with them. Silly girl!

Oh the annual Fathers and Sons!!  I'm always very jealous when this time rolls around because I LOVE camping and Shaun doesn't. So as they drive off with all their camping gear loaded up and headed for the mountains I wish I could hide in the back and sneak up with them.

Since I couldn't go camping, I though I will have my own fun. So I invited my sistas over to help me paint a room. We couldn't start painting till the kids were in bed so we had In and Out for dinner and Amelia decided to dress herself in this and show us dance moves.

My sweet sisters taught her some dance moves as well =)

Now let the painting begin. Wuggs introduced me to Pandora on my iphone so I typed in Backstreet Boys and it played all the popular songs around that time!! It was a great highschool flashback for me....BSB, NSYNC, Britney Spears (before she went nasty), 98 degrees, etc.....

April and May Ryker had Tball. He was on the same team with his best little buddy Jackson so it was fun for him and fun for us parents as well. Here is Ryker making a catch on 3rd base. (he never actually caught the ball, but he tried)

When his other team mates were making a good play he would jump up and down cheering for them.

Ryker's strength in tball was hitting. He hit that ball into the outfield most the time.

Riggy having fun with his buddy Porter.

Millie and Bryce =)

I finally captured this face but Rigdon made this face all the time and the funny ting is it looks like he is crying but he isn't making a peep, hw just makes this face while eating sometimes =)

Jackson #9 and Ryker #12

While we were sitting and watching Rykers last game, Shantay was in Idaho giving birth to our sweet Kinnley Mae. I was getting minute by minute text form them and I was wishing so badly to be there. Doesn't she make the cutest baby burrito!!

What a proud Daddy.

The whole family. Shantay looks great and Briss Briss is such a cute big sister. They are 16 months apart.

My mom was able to be there when she had the baby and stay for 2 weeks to help out. 5th grandbaby.

The Friday before Mothers Day Ryker invited me to his class for a Mothers Day event. He made me this beautiful jeweled crown and some other gifts. He served me cookies and lemonade.

Ryker has had a wiggly tooth for a few weeks. He sits their and pushes back and forth with his tongue.

We were swimming at our Nana and Pas house then the kids wanted a fudge-sickle, and while eating it his tooth popped out. His first tooth, he was beyond excited.

I made him this "snaggle-tooth" monster pillow for him to put his tooth in and to put under his pillow.

The mouth part is a pocket and when he woke up the next day his tooth was gone but he got $2 from the tooth fairy.

April

Getting ready for Easter

These are the treat holders we made for some of our friends.

Guess who is finally a rollie-pollie-ollie..............The Rigg-mister

He has also entered into the world of tasty new things. He is a great eater loving peas and sweet potatoes the best.

Fu-manchu

Summer time is headed our way, the kids have wore their swimsuits almost everyday since mid-april and they already have a nice tan.....no fair!

Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

Baskets are out, along with some carrots for the Easter Bunny.

Good Morning, yeah....the Easter Bunny came!!

I didn't get a picture with Riggy and his basket....we have 8 o'clock church so it was time to get ready.

Sweet Millie, well don't let her adorable smile fool you. She is a crazy crazy girl but pretty in pink!

Several pictures of the 3 and this was the best one. Grumpy boy the right wouldn't cooperate  =(  Shaun and I matched them as well, but of course we didn't get a picture of all of us!

After church we dyed Easter eggs. They loved doing this.

Then off to the Martineaus for an Easter BBQ. Nolans family came as well, which was great because Ryk had a buddy =)

Riggy is often found with his hands in his mouth. I love my chubbers!!

Let the hunt begin

As you can see from Rykers basket, he doesn't mess around.

When opening all his eggs, this was the reaction to finding a dollar.

We had a great Easter weekend and month of April..........get ready for May it is already jam-packed!!!!

End of March, bring on April

I had a fun night out with the girls. My Uncle Jason was in Phx touring.  He has been in a band for years now but first time in Phx. It was great seeing him. He has so much energy I don't know how he does it. Did I mention he was my Uncle but only 3 years older than me =)

My Noni and Bompa rolled into town the next day. We were sad they didn't get here in time for the concert. But it was great to spend some time with them. They live in Virginia and last time was saw them was 2 1/2 years ago.

Amelia is GREAT at making messes but when it is time to clean up...not so great. Finally we sent her to her room to clean and she came running out so proud of herself and said "come look I cleaned it all up". We went in to find everything stacked up ontop of each other. Well at least it was off the floor.

Shaun got free tickets to the Renaissance Festival so we decided to take the kids! No offense to those who like that sort of thing....but it was a first and last time going. It wasn't terrible but very expensive and we even had free tickets, but you still had to pay for everything once you got in. Kids had fun though.

Ax throwing

The highlight of the trip for me was these shaved ice frozen ball things. Yummy.

Millie was happy to ride on the pink butterfly

I got to go with Ryker as a chaperon on his class Field Trip. We went and saw Seussical the Musical. Loved the songs but we were front row and the actors were a little weird. Maybe it was because I could see their faces and the over acting was creepy.

Speaking of creepy.....not the best picture of me... oh well.

Afterwards we went to tumbleweed park for lunch and playtime. Ryker with his 2 buds.
