Cinco de Mayo

I hope everyone had a bueno Cinco de Mayo.
We enjoyed a yummy assortment of our Mexican food favorites.
Pina Soda pop,  homemade salsa, and who can forget the churros.
(my stash fell off)

Meet Paco

Mmmmm caliente churro and the Pringles guy trying to take it away.

Bahahahahaha!! Of my gosh Leah, you seriously crack me up! So Shaun looks a total "creepster" in that last pic! :) Like Uncle Jessie's "evil" twin brother in that one Full House episode! Ya know, the one where he tries to get on Aunt Becky! So Trav married the wrong Udall cousin because his b-day is on Cinco de Mayo (good memory by the way!) and I didn't even put up any festive decorations! We did have Mexican food for dinner though.... anyway- I LOVE that you celebrate ALL holidays!

You are way too fun of a mom and a great blogger too. That way you can have proof to your kids that you always had fun holiday things going on!
I'll tell my kids all about the fun parties we had... but there will be no proof to show!
Love the moustaches and sombrerros!

OK, What the heck. Who actually has cinco de mayo parties??? That is way too fun. If I ever get that much energy, I am starting that tradition. We are living here for a while to try it out because the economy is better here, the homes are cheaper, there are TREES and the people are really firendly, laid back and conservative. We'll see if we actually stay longer than 6 months, and most likely we will live in an apartment wich I am dreading. I am recruting Okies, so if you wanna move.....

Oh and seeing Shaun in those pictures just got me embarassed. I forgot about the fool I made of myself when I freeked out, screamed and ran down the hall when he came home from work when I was visiting you.
