I don't even know where to begin!! I LOVE Girls Camp!! This is my 4th year going but first time going as a stake leader. I was finally called to my DREAM calling back in February, to be the stake craft lady at Camp. Seriously planning crafts for over 300 girls, what is more fun than that? So I was able to call 2 assistants and I recruited 2 amazing crafty friends from my ward. With months of planning and preping, we had the time of our lives. It was non-stop fun and work.
Candice Drew, Amy Anderson and Leah
I think one of the BEST parts for me was getting to work with all these WONDERFUL other women from my stake. I look up to them and they are great examples to me of women I want to be like.
Yes we wore our "craft attire" 24/7
Here we are all set up for one of our crafts.
We got such great and sweet feedback from the girls and the leaders. Everything went great =)
This was a rare moment of down time. It was so fun to be with so many great friends!!! I hope to do it again next year =)
I got home from girls camp Saturday afternoon, then that night we went with Shuan's family to see Les Mes the play. It was wonderful and yes I sang along. Then the next day was Fathers Day. I had to stay up extra late to get everything ready for that day. The kids and I made him a tie for church with all their handprints on it. it turned out great.
He also got a n iphone card and if you lifted up each app, it said a little sweet message.

Looks like so much fun. Because there was a bear at Camp Lo Mia my sisters had girls camp on a house boat at Lake Powell...... I would have loved that but I think I would still chose Lo Mia. :) Love it there. Oh be sure to invite me when you go private. blondedaisy3@yahoo.com
