January 2012

Well here is a recap of January. Not not much happened but it is a nice break between Christmas and February because those are busy months for us.

We spent New Years with a few families from our ward. The Daltons invited us over and we had a blast. We had some yummy mexican food and then the kids went outside and we lit off sparklers and small fireworks.

One of our good friends, Eden turned 8! We celebrated that day with her and her family by going to the zoo. It was a beautiful day and the kids had a fun time.

Ryker started basketball. He was already showing such improvement from last year.

Amelia's preschool class went on a field trip to Bashas, to see how different people work in our community.

Sad that this was the only picture we took but Nana and Pa took us all to Toy Stories, Disney on Ice. It was a very fun show to watch.

Wow, Ryker has been in All Day Kindergarden for 100 days!!

Every once in awhile the weather is just to nice outside and it is fun to get out! I took Ryker out of school early and we went and played. They wanted to go to the "outside mall" and play on the play area.

For FHE one evening we went to the lake by the library and walked around. We saw many different animals and plants. We talked about how Heavenly Father and Jesus created this beautiful world for us and how we need to help take care of it.

Shaun took the older kids to the Diamondbacks fan fair. They have jumpy houses and all sort of fun activities for the kids.

This is just a random picture of my Riggy-man. He is all ready for church and looks so handsome in his sweater vest.
