Oh no....who will save the Candy Corn Princess

Have no fear....the Halloween Hero is here!!!!

This year we took the easy route and Ryker didn't really care what he was for a Halloween, as long as he had a weapon of some sort. I made a simple cape and mask and the Halloween Hero he was.

Every Hero must have someone to save, so Millie volunteered to be the Candy Corn Princess. Getting a GOOD picture of Millie is not that easy, she won't look at the camera, sit still or smile on command.

This was the kids getting ready to walk, I mean stroll over to the church for our Trunk-or-Treat

Happy Halloween from the Martineaus

Lame post, not great pictures but at least I have an on going journal for my family right??

Two/too cute kids!! Very creative costumes. One of a kind :) So why didn't mom and dad dress up, hmmmmm?! You get all gussied up for Cinco de Mayo, but not Halloween? haha. I thought of you guys when some of our friends came to our party in ponchos. So Trav groaned when he read your comment on our blog. He's like, "Man! I told you we'd have to keep up these parties once we started them!" I don't know why HE'S complaining. I do all the work, cooardinate the costumes, make the food, invite the guests. And he just has to show up. punk :) And yes, we will def keep up the tradition once we move back (IF we have a big enough house :)

Why is it that boys don't care what they are as long as they have a weapon of some sort? Ryker is for sure the first Halloween Hero that I have heard of...maybe they will make a movie after him now! Millie makes the cutest Candy Corn Princess too!

Pretty creative with the costumes and I should've known you'd make them. I just got a sewing machine, finally so hopefully I'll be able to make cute things like this in the future.
